Charles S. Bullock III and Loch K. Johnson

Charles S. Bullock III is the Richard B. Russell Professor and Distinguished University Professor of Public and International Affairs at the University of Georgia.

Loch K. Johnson is Regents Professor of Public and International Affairs Emeritus at the University of Georgia.

They are co-authors of Runoff Elections in the United States (UNC Press, 1992), winner of the V.O. Key Prize from the Southern Political Science Association.
