Ellen Bork is a fellow at the George W. Bush Institute, where she writes the Struggle for Freedom blog on democracy and human rights activists. David J. Kramer is executive director of the Bush Institute and a former assistant secretary of state for democracy, human rights, and labor in the George W. Bush administration.
