Kevin Barthel and John F. Foote

Kevin Barthel is the former chairman of the Republican Party of Oconto County and former member of the Executive Committee of the Republican Party of Wisconsin. He is currently director of programs for an international ‘think and do tank’ securing land rights in emerging economies.

John F. Foote is a former vice-chairman of the Republican Party of Oconto County, political campaign manager, and Wisconsin legislative aide.
