Martin Amin Rahmani

Martin Rahmani is the executive director of the Afghanistan-U.S. Democratic Peace and Prosperity Council. In this capacity, Mr. Rahmani leads day-to-day operations of the council and develops and executes policy, communications, government affairs strategies, and outreach to the Afghan-American community.


Mr. Rahmani is a founder and managing partner of Victory Six Advisors, an advisory firm based in Washington, D.C. that provides management consulting, strategy, business development and government relations services. Additionally, he has worked for a political non-profit organization and the U.S. House of Representatives. Mr. Rahmani holds a bachelors of arts degree in international relations from American University.
