Um, Heritage is the propaganda source.. beginning with the first sentence, "Well, they’re at it again. Since the left can’t sell its ideas to the American public honestly." That kind of framing warns you right away that what follows is propaganda.

$7.5 bill for electric vehicle charging stations.
