The states themselves could do this- (I’m thinking during MID-term election season???)
The concern, of course, is that it ramps up tensions and makes the situation at polling places more volatile.
However, I believe if BLUE STATE governors come out LOUD and EARLY, saying that they are GUARANTEEING that their citizens will have free, fair and safe and UNDISTURBED elections -
I think this is a great idea-
Just not workable in D.C.-
