I agree it looked as if Elmo was unmedicated or cycling down. I assume the prior manic highs we have seen are due to psych meds/ketamine/uncontrolled bipolar disorder. But he is flat and belligerent here, which could be from unmedicated mental health problems v being off Ketamine and/or his ASD showing through. He was pretty spectral here and had zilch neurotypical emotional connection with the interviewer, which is pretty ASD. Stephen Miller is similar.
