What Eliot said last night was 100%: Russian mid-grade officer corps is FUBAR, generals are moving closer to the front lines to take more control as a result, and then the Ukrainian marksmen get their opportunity to waste a Russian flag officer. I can't imagine the freedom boner one gets when wasting a general of a force occupying their country. Must be life-changing.
