Myrna, I am most assuredly not joking about the threat of Fascism, particularly since I live in Germany where a relatively open fascist party currently talks about their plans for "remigration" and "deportation", where hundreds of thousands are peacefully demonstrating in the streets and in the public squares to stop them and their ideas from becoming reality. I was trying to help find a way to refer to the comatose "Republican" party that identifies the remnants for what they are.

Frankly, I prefer Donald's American Fascist Friends, DAFF (Fool; Idiot; Blockhead. That, in turn, could be their Motto , FIB).

That's why I was looking for a new, more appropriate, moniker with a fitting abbreviation. Hope it helped some 😏.
