I saw this line in the WSJ yesterday and it scared the living crap out of me:
“There are more real-estate agents than homes for sale in the U.S.”
That’s not, like, a traditional measure of health in the housing sector. You don’t see HUD releasing quarterly reports on the REA/HfS ratio.
But it probably means something?
