in one critical respect, jewish voters in america are exactly like jewish voters in israel: the vast majority cannot stand netanyahu and realize that the primary reason the war in gaza continues is because it is in netanyahu's (and not israel's) interests.

so i don't see any significant change in the likelihood that the vast majority of american jewish voters will continue to vote democratic: there are certainly anti-semites in the democratic coalition but in comparison to the fact that trump himself is a classic anti-semitic stereotyper whom we recognize only too well, it's minor.

Way more anti semites among the whites only crowd. Evangelicals like Jewish people because they believe in the end times when Jesus will rule the world from the Temple Mount. I guess Jews will immediately become Christian. Not exactly a pro message for Jewish Americans I would think.

It's just not true that the vast majority of Israelis can't stand Netanyahu.

i am looking for the reason you believe this article supports the sentence you wrote, and i'm not finding it. the article doesn't link directly to the poll, but the one indication of netanyahu support is that 39% think he's suitable as prime minister. if you can point to some deeper data, happy to review it, but netanyahu disapproval has been running at roughly 70% (+/-) for months now.

I was making an issue about the phrase "vast majority" but i am going to drop that argument as not that important.
