I wish Max E was right about gun violence being more important to voters than high gas prices, but I'm afraid Peter V will prove to be right. I have come to the sad conclusion that most people don't really care about anything beyond their pocketbook or their own personal concerns. Unless they themselves or a member of their family is a victim of gun violence---then they will pay attention.
