But, as I wrote elsewhere (although not as a new idea), it is being thrown out the window by monsters, but research laboratories all over the civilized world (I have this feeling one can no longer count the US in that group), are salivating at the thought of all those researchers, experts, and scientists of all stripes coming to work for and with them for the betterment of mankind.
