Me thinks that actually it was Trump who told her to try and slip the memo out there. I think he's been much more involved in her decision making on this than has been publicly reported.

Jeff, you're right about the effort to mimic the Friday Night Massacre, hoping that the dust will have settled by Monday's new cycle. And you certainly know that she is not going to take a cr-p without touching base with the basest of them all first.
