This is a really smart comment, and deserves more consideration than (some of) the replies suggest. We all appreciate a good syllogism to trap our rivals (e.g. 1: the Big Lie is crazy 2: you believe the Big Lie 3: therefore you are crazy), but that simply becomes a way of avoiding the deeper problem - for which I too don't have the answers.
