Apparently it's okay for a cop to slowly murder someone over the course of 9+ minutes for passing off a fake $20 at a bodega but it's the murder of a century if a USCP officer shoots someone for spearheading a violent mob through hasty barricades mere feet away from the assets that officer is sworn to protect.
