How many police union bosses had their white shirts covered in red paint for training their patrol officers in defensive practices that are unsafe for the public and often get them killed by comparison?

Agree largely, though we did have the ANTIFA crowd and summer riots. We do see the John Brown club arm up to stand between maga and trans and other groups, but sadly this is an issue. Dems want the government and military to protect them and in many cases making it difficult to even arm ones self against our maga friends. What happens if the government and military turn the wrong way. Maga is willing to do the fighting themselves. One key issue is Democrats have no leadership in this area. They really are living in denial with business as usual.

It was my understanding that trump was hoping for left-wing counterprotestors / Antifa to show up on 1/6 so that he could invoke the insurrection act and martial law, and that those groups stayed away for that reason.
Because that happened during the Floyd protests. Groups like Boogaloo came in and shot cops, started fires and destroyed property and got "Antifa" blamed for it.
