The Trump administration has been intentionally violating the Constitution and bragging about it, this isn't a crisis it is an insurrection and the Constitution explicitly forbids him and everyone else who is supporting the insurrection from holding any office in the government. The Court needs to enforce the 14th amendment and remove him from office. His removal does not require a 2/3 majority in Congress, this is not high crimes and misdemeanors, it is an insurrection.

the Insurrection clause in the 14th Amendment was rendered obsolete by the Supreme Court. Unless you served in the Army of Northern Virginia in 1861- 1865 or the Confederate Government, that terminology will never be used unless Congress passes a new law defining what "insurrection" is in todays world. The Insurrection clause is a dead letter now. The MAGA Court killed it

The insurrection clause is dormant for now. Like the emoluments clause, it awaits enabling legislation. I hold out hope that Trump's second term, like Watergate, will inspire a lot of reform legislation.

I might add...Conservatives have always put an asterisk beside the 13th, 14th and 15th Amendments. Like they were not legitimate because the true will of people in the newly re admitted Southern States under Federal control wasn't allowed to be expressed...ie "it was rigged"
