But the plane itself is beyond unbelievable - the Constitution is completely clear about accepting gifts (emoluments) from foreigners. It’s on the level of the Great Lie - a lie so big nobody can believe it’s a lie. But the thing is de facto unconstitutional, period.
Where are the other two branches to offer a check? Nowhere.
