Maybe cover how Musk and Rump are starving fellow Americans who depend on food banks and are now eating crackers, cranberries and maybe some soup because of the $1 billion cuts to anti- hunger groups. It’s horrid enuf that they decided to starve Africans etc. that for pennies a day were being fed by USAID, but now they r doing it to our own????? NYTimes on Tuesday had a very sickening article on what’s going on. People just trusted that none of this would affect them. I hope it keeps Trump, if he even knows about it, and Musk and all their Maga rats billionaires and Reps. In Congress awake at night that this is their legacy. The rest of us WILL NOT forget!!!!
100 days in hell! There is nothing honey about those days. And it's not just Trump, the (POTUS) who's a (34) time convicted felon, adjudicated sexual predator, seditionist and traitor. WHY IS HE STILL A FREE PERSON??? It's the comentary. Everyone works so hard at being articulate, using wonderful phraseology, yet, missing the points of APPLIED, CLEAR, TRUTH, FREE SPEACH, and , you know, "DEMANDING" (consequences) for his VIOLATIONS OUR LAWS. Canada itself is pretty neutral on everything, or as my kids would say "mid". Not that there is anything wrong with that. It's pretty sad when literally the nicest people on the planet are mad at us now. But, hopefully this will pass when Trump is gone.

I know Trump is awful. But, he is also incompetent and will soon pass. Nothing he's done by EO can't be overturned by the next president, Republican or Democrat. The only legislation he will pass will be the reconciliation bill, most of which I support. I adamantly oppose much of the Democrats' and the liberal agenda. And I got a tax cut from Trump, which he is currently working to let me keep. From my perspective, empowering the Left is not a viable counter to Trump. I am working to reinvigorate the GOP Establishment. I see that as my personal best path forward, even if it seems right now to be a really long haul.

Because to have acted “more judiciously” would have meant that Trump would have had to do some actual work like studying the issue, soliciting lots of input, or (God forbid) reading something. Trump has famously claimed that he “goes with his gut” which is just another way of saying that he doesn’t want to spend time actually learning something but would rather just shoot from the hip.
I think the blanket pardon of the January 6 offenders is instructive. He was always going to pardon those convicted of non-violent offenses but even many of his supporters balked at pardoning the others. And what was Trump’s reasoning for pardoning all of them? It was because it “would have taken too much time to go through the individual cases”. Keep in mind that this was more than two months after the election. Trump could have tasked someone to go through the records and separate the violent and non-violent cases so that he wouldn’t have had to deal with great majority of them. And Trump could have given them some guidance for the violent cases so that others could have gone through them and made recommendations based on those guidelines. That’s what a competent leader would do, a leader who cared about the ramifications of his decision. But that’s not our Trump. He couldn’t care less about the impact of his decision(s), that is, as long as they don’t cost him money.
There are lots of (to me anyway) unbelievable aspects of the Trump phenomenon. But none are bigger than the idea that Trump puts America’s interests first. Zero people who actually paid attention to his behavior could possibly believe that.
2) In an alternative universe, if some Administration did what Bondi did wrt media leaks, I might be inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt, reasoning that that new power would only be used in extreme cases. But Bondi has shown that she not only doesn’t deserve the benefit of the doubt, she deserves to be actively opposed (anyone who believes the election was stolen doesn’t live on Planet Earth and can’t be trusted to administer laws in any sort of judicious manner).
What would be interesting is if someone leaks something to their priest, say during a confession. Would Bondi go after the priest? Wouldn’t that run afoul of their “anti-Christian” witch hunt?
