Just a point of fact, DOGE is not dead. I work in government and can tell you they are still very much alive.

Last weekend I saw Hamilton in the movie theater again and I've been listening to the soundtrack ever since, so maybe the songs are just imprinted freshly on my brain. But I kept hearing that line when Bill was talking about Trump and other world leaders: "You stand for nothing, Burr; what will you fall for?"

I mean, obviously we've got to be practical in our means, but surely our ends at least need to be based on something more than than cotton candy and naked self-interest? Not that anyone reading this needs it, but if you needed an education in why principles matter even here, there it is.

Maybe next time Trump needs to swallow. (I know, it's crude)

Just so we know that Trump was, is, and will remain a monster - easily bought, easily played, so criminal - malevolent - indecent, and worse!

Trump's claims to save money by destroying what was - without studying what works - without erecting something workable in its place; being the same dumb, malevolent, sob he's been since putting 3 competing hotels on the same Atlantic City block & bankrupting all 3. "Way to go, Donnie, the evil, under-educated (on his part, not the business school he entered because a family friend gave him a favor by fast-tracking his admission. What's the purpose of destroying $10 million worth of supplies that could save a nation, help thousands of females....The purpose is to feel warm & fuzzy by ordering this cruelty. That's how Don the Con must get his jollies, by being an ick-day every day.

Trump is being bullied by both Putin and Netanyahu... and he just responds, "I'm not happy." He may as well wear a sign on his back that says, "Kick me!"

Trump has his tail between his legs and running around on his knees after Putin. Disgusting, humiliating spectacle. The man has no honor, no soul.

Remember, you are asking Trump to take action against some of his bankers. He owes Russians money (if we are to believe 2012 statements from his sons). If they call his loans, he could potentially be out of business. How would that look to the cult if their leader is bankrupt? He'd no longer be able to use the "successful businessman" statements, err ... lies. 😉🤦‍♂️😂🤣

Thanks for stating the obvious about Qatar. They just play all sides to the middle.

Mona is spot on about Epstein and how MAGA and Trump are doing their best to dodge answering for it. All we can do is keep the pressure on to get the files released. I still love the meme with a picture of Trump and Maxwell saying, "You don't find pictures of Ghislaine with Obama, W, or Biden on the internet!"

Virtually nobody takes Trump seriously except the United States. Here we have media, law firms and everybody else flying white flags instead of confronting Trump. Russia definitely has his number.

It's nice to know that NATO's response to Russia's attack against Poland is a group therapy session.

I'm sure Russia won't attack ever again as the consequences are so severe.

How/why are Democrats, especially leadership, not pounding Trump on his laughable, yet tragic, promises to settle conflicts in Ukraine and Gaza remain a mystery to me. Sometimes I think they’re as afraid of him as Republicans. And most media.

I think Dems calculate that the voters who care about Ukraine are where they are. Worse still those worried about Gaza want promises that will get Dems in Trouble.

Agree, but what I was trying to focus on: regardless of what "side" you take, in either conflict, or even if you could care less about the actual conflicts, Trump has accomplished nothing. He's useless, ineffective. If anything, he's made everything worse.

The apartheid regime Israel has bombed Qatar directly on its soil and Andrew wasted 8 paragraphs talking about if Qatar was corrupt or not without even mentioning Israel...

Wow... this is quite a feat. Compared to all regime change shenanigans USA has done in its recent history (in Latin America and elsewhere), can any other country be that corrupt at that scale really?

And it looks like Israel can kill 2 million Gaza people and still American media will be left discussing about whether Trump's red tie is the correct color or not. Bibi fast on the path to becoming another Hitler.

Why are lobbyists (or former lobbyists) for other nations allowed to be officers in the US government?

Two things can be true at the same time: 1) a pee pee tape exists and 2) a self-impressed loud mouthed faux bully is always bullied by someone who he knows is strong. So, The Felon defers to Vlad, the Impaler, every time. DonnieFelon is not POTUS as he doesn't give a crap about the USA, only that he is coddled by Vlad, who knows a loud mouth poser is only that; a poser in the real world. When it comes to NATO, Article 5...forget it. 1989 the USSR was dismantled. 2025-7 it will be reconstituted...unless...unless Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell bring him down!

Trump is weak, and has made America weak by not standing up to Putin. Putin's triumph in Anchorage has emboldened him to escalate his attacks on Ukraine, and now to threaten Poland and NATO. Maybe he thinks other leaders can be intimidated as easily as is Trump.

If weirdos, like JD Vance, think America is immune from foreign wars, they are blind to our history, and to modern warfare.

frump in Anchorage is another example of him being out maneuvered as he always is.

He is incompetent and has accomplished zero in any foreign policy and apparently is ok with being humiliated just to be able to spend time with putin. What an idiot we have in the white house! I am unable to consider him a president. He will accomplish zero for Ukraine and have zero influence with Netanyahu

Spot on. Among MANY other things...when he publicly declared that they would come out of Alaska with a ceasefire...it shouted "I'm a feckless negotiator" as he just gave Putin all of the leverage with that stupid braggadocious declaration.

He's a friggin' idiot and I just don't understand why so many people don't see it.
