It was a great interview, just like the last one you did with Coggeshall. After that I tracked down blu-rays of both "Orphan" and "Orphan First Kill," I thought both were great and especially loved the latter. But, um, did you mention something about posting an Instagram link by Mr. Wahlberg that would allow me to see this movie? That is .. sort of why I am here, now.

NEVERMIND I found it: apple.co/markfamily

I wasn't planning on watching this movie because the premise just didn't appeal to me. But after listening to Coggeshall wax so extravagantly eloquently about his script and how it came to be made and -- well! just the whole interview, really, I'm compelled to watch. Another great interview, Sonny. Love how you elevate the works of everyone you have on your pod.

I can't say anything more positive than the above. Thanks for always giving your guests a long leash to speak and making them the center of attention.

Can we please agree that our expectations about the flattened creatures that fill the parent role are OUR collective fault. Parenting is a job with important and specific requirements (for the kids), but oh my what interesting people they might have been.

Great episode. Thanks!

I really enjoyed this conversation, and I immediately connected with the plot of the movie. I really liked the details of the sausage making, and my only regret is that I'll never see it, because I will NEVER have Apple TV.

Go to local library. They will likely have dvds you can rent. You do have to have a dvd player. They aren’t terribly expensive. I doubt they are on libraries steaming sevices, but they might be?

It’s maybe my favorite service after Hulu and Max; insanely high hit to miss ratio. Slow Horses, Mythic Quest, and Severance are all great, as are the first couple seasons of Ted Lasso.

This is such a great episode! The conversation is wonderful fun - open, enthusiastic, intriguing. I rewound numerous times because I didn’t want to miss a word. Even without the movie it’s a great story. And now I’m very anxious and excited to see the movie. Thanks!!!
