Former President Donald Trump skipped out on another debate among Republicans hoping to get his old job. He also insinuated that he doesn’t intend to pick anyone in the current field of candidates to run alongside him as VP—which would mean that the folks on stage fighting for second place aren’t even going to get anything for it. They’re just fighting. Let them fight.
