We all know Trump is going to pardon his codefendants in Florida. So I suggest President Biden(who has immunity) pardon those two, ending the case, leaving Judge Cannon and the courts without jurisdiction and ordering Garland to release the entire Smith report immediately. That is the only way we ever see it unless some risks prison to leak it.
There is an easy answer here: Biden releases the report, regardless of the stay granted by Cannon. It's an Official Act and thus fully subject to immunity.
The difference between politicians whitewashing racial discrimination of the past and politicians trying to whitewash the Jan 6 attack on the Capitol is that we SAW with our own eyes the insurrection...LIVE and in color on every national network for hours and hours. That can't be whitewashed.

Surprise! Judge Cannon (almost) immediately complied, apparently based on her previous denial of the constitutionality of the Special Counsel's appointment.
I think it is about the election that was really stolen from Al Gore when he was denied a recount in FL. Then Gore, as VP, had to preside over the certification of his own loss....like Kamala just did....and as Mike Pence did.
As long as there are corrupt federal judges like Aileen Cannon and the MAGA supermajority on the U.S. Supreme Court, Trump, despite his serial criminality, will continue to walk between the raindrops and fly comfortably above the law. This is how our democracy is dying – not in darkness, but in broad daylight.
