I am glad you mentioned that James Gunn got his start at Troma because there were times I thought I was watching a Troma movie with really high production values. Also John Cena was much better than I thought he would be.

It is ironic that James Gunn's firing caused the chain reaction of him delivering his most unleashed and bonkers film. I am all here for it.

The fact you had to go into a long diatribe about the CDC preventing people from being evicted in your movie bloggings seems kind of weird. If you really want to dig into the idea of what the implications are for this executive action, please do. You kind of have access to the whole main Bulwark site. But then again, the main site should focus on serious issues like Tarantino infatuation.

Well, to be fair, it's mostly a diatribe with the shoddiness of much of modern theatrical exhibition, which is very much in the wheelhouse of this newsletter. That the silliness of the CDC serves as a peg is merely pretext.
