Regarding Flynn's deranged rant: Seriously! Don't just read the blurb, also listen carefully to Flynn's disjointed rant. He sounds like a totally insane child with a vocabulary. Imagine if a former US NATIONAL SECURITY ADVISOR from the Obama administration (who had been pardoned by Obama) said something as deranged as that but from the far left, such as, "9-11 was a Dick Cheney inside job so he could start a war"? We would never hear the end of it. Right wing media would go into Defcon 1 mode for at least two weeks. But really, is there anything on the far left that even compares with Flynn's crazy rant in terms of pure craziness? How many people other than Flynn actually believe this stuff? Does Flynn actually believe this stuff or is he just stoking the craziest crazies in their base? Maybe this is just maintenance stoking of the crazy base? Really, I can't even process this.

The hearing was a total sh*tshow, but in fairness, depending on your definition, smartphones certainly existed in 1999. The first PalmPilot debuted in 1996 -- and earlier versions of that things using touchscreen technology were in existence as early as 1992.

For myself, my Covid infection was mild because like you I was fully vaccinated. But a month later I got the damn RSV virus and was truly sick. Take care and speedy recovery.
