Everyone does realize now that we are no longer in a normal democracy, don’t they. We cannot blame Democrats any longer for losing the last election.
The American people have decided what kind of country they want, and it bears little resemblance to normal.
I see a lot of blame for our disastrous pull out of Afghanistan, but we could have stayed another decade and not sure what would have changed. I saw so many Hamas fighters carrying their weapons in Gaza during the ceasefire hostage release. Israel bombed their country to rubble and nothing much changed.
Like JVL says, we are getting what we want in this country awash in drugs, guns, and hate. Don’t want to be dark, but the Trumplicans are not leading any longer, but following. Democrats seem to be starting to follow along.
