If people in high places are saying that if they lose the election there will be violence, isn’t that sedition? What if some of those people are on the Supreme Court? Isn't his job to make us safe and not just complain about it?
It seems Garland is weary of triggering more accusations of politicizing justice. I say fuck 'em. If Republicans are going to scream 'lawfare' every time the DOJ does its job, it's crying wolf. Let 'em cry.
