I'm in a college town of 30,000 about 80 minutes from a midsized city, so I'm a little surprised how hard it is see some of these movies. I mean Tar isn't exactly indie is it? It looks like Kate Blanchett is doing the Talk show circuit and Colin Firth is Colin Firth. Do I just live in a cultural wasteland or is the distribution of these "artier" films changing, because I remember catching In Bruges when I was at college in a similarly sized town.
