Every day I am thankful that I married a Canadian, who resides and has a business in Canada (and a house that is paid for) and that when I retire (which will be soon) I can move there where it is a bit more sane (even though Alberta is one of the less sane and more MAGA-like parts of Canada).
The US is going to be a slow rolling disaster for the rest of my life until the GoP wins and then it becomes a fast rolling disaster. I don't see the current Democratic Party being able to get their crap together enough to stop them--and I am CERTAINLY not counting on the American voter to stop them.

Well, "Panzers North" should be a phrase that strikes fear in your heart then. All that fresh water and non-drought land....
Alberta has been in drought for several years
Okay then, we'll make that the Vichy-Canada. ;)
