But I evaluate them independently, not as a "package deal" to fit in any "tribe." I average "center-right" but if anything, that makes me even more strongly opposed to the rabid authoritarianism of the MAGA cult than the "radical left" is.
Right there with you, OC11. I'm not sure exactly what my "average" is these days, the Overton Window having moved so wildly. And considering how the Right has coopted issues like free speech, meritocracy and colorblindness from the Left, who the hell knows what issue belongs to what tribe in may cases.
I'm pretty sick of it all. Which is why I'm now more than ever inclined to say a pox on both their houses.
