The Bulwark: "Livestream ended. Replay is available now."

Me: I'm not sure what happened. I caught the tail end of the stream when it was live. Later, when I went back to replay it from the beginning to watch what I had missed, it played for a like bit, but then suddenly became unavailable. I refreshed it, and now it says that the video has been marked "private." So, it seems that replay is not available. At least not for me and/or not at this time.

Quick update: I guess the issue was temporary. It seems that I can watch the replay now. Not sure what happened earlier. If you did something to fix it, thank you.

The video became available once more, but stopped at rougly 4:14:00 when Tim was about to spit some hot sober fire. Now the link is back to 'private'.

Please take it easy. On yourself and on everyone here. They clarified that it's still possible Harris wins, but it's not likely.

I was not speaking to anyone here at all

I was addressing the Bulwark team

I am not very hwppy with just cutting the feed off and also with them pretty uch saying we lost, and instead of being sympathetic to what a loss this was, talking about their plans if he does win.,.,.coudl that not wait till we know for sure? And talk about it after it is over?

At any rate I am probably done with here and everywhere else I read and watch and post, it is going to get really ugly, and I am just not up to that, and not likley ew can fix it, we just tried and lost

Don't we all know this was Joe Biden's fault - just like Ruth Bader-Ginsberg. Turns out Democrats have just as much or more vanity and ego as Republicans.

The Democratic strategy of doing the minimum for the American people and as slow as possible outraged all Americans.

I just joined Bulwark yesterday, and I have to say this is the , slowest, buggiest, shittiest platform for communication / community. I paid money for this and none of my "LIKE"s have ever registered. I'm kind of surprised my comments even post.

The over-arching concern for me is that now everyone is charging to join these platforms and those of us who cannot or will not pay all these subscription fees to participate - and then when we do, it doesn't work and there are still these endless provocative trolls to deal with. ( hopefully not me )

My question for months now ( on different platforms to different people ) remains ... what can we actually do about this. The system is broken so that we cannot use the system for redress.

The Electoral College and all the state electoral shadiness and redistricting is the biggest rigging I could imagine, but we all say ... well, that's our system and we have to abide by it.

We don't have a choice not to abide by it, we are forced to abide by it ... but not the Republicans, not MAGA.

I'm looking forward to the Bulwark team and site coming one. I am soooo sick. Republican trifecta. Vance probably ascending to POTUS by 2028.

What is WRONG with this country. We'll be kicked out of NATO and the five eyes group. Ukraine will be lost unless what's left of NATO steps up.

I am so glad I am old. I won't live to see results for more than a few years. I don't have children of my own. I weep for my nieces and friends who will have to live with this for decades.

Trump has outperformed. Wherever pollsters thought he was before Kamala took over, he did slightly better. Having Shapiro on the ticket apparently wouldn't have mattered since Trump won every other swing state, including Pennsylvania handily. As in 2020 when Biden was supposed to win by 8 and won by 4, this was supposed to be a jump ball and he appears to have won by 3 or 4. Just as he was before Biden dropped out. 70% wrong track number, 37% Biden approval. And of course the country at large could not give two sh*ts about Jan 6 or the threat of authoritarianism. A swing state rout for Trump. Pretty much a worst case scenario.

Yeah, the basic problem of Harris's whole campaign was too damn many Republicans surrounding her. And that gun talk.

Last time around Trump's administration did a lot that people were unhappy about, really angry and that was restrained. I think he may do a handful of ok things but there will be more that angers people and his policies will be unlikely to help the economic gap between the well off and the 99%.

Internationally there will be upheaval if he draws us into isolationism. Will we leave NATO and will our allies be abandoned. We currently have a pretty good national economy compared with other nations better than he did. He only got one direction to go, down. Things like give aways to farmers are not solutions. My guess is many voters may not but should have buyer's remorse.

One shocking datapoint is that Harris has apparently gotten lower margins among both black and Latino voters than Biden did. Maybe its misogyny trumping racial self-respect.
