It was Comey who gave FBI an open air gym on the mezzanine and refurbished the indoor one. He gave us our Starbucks, too. :)

Kash Patel doesn’t seem nervous to me. He seems twitchy.

I love you three together. I learn a lot and I have a bit of a giggle. Thank you for both.

Joe Perticone needs to parachute in to give the sartorial review of Patel & Co.

Great episode!! I think you need some Gen X regulars to join the crew!

Agents and other FBI staff who reportedly don't "meet the standards" are not sufficiently loyal/subservient to Trump.

Sam I think you didn’t really accurately reflect the hearing.

I just saw another clip on MSNbc of the Patel hearing, and I must confess, Cory Booker did a pretty good job of eviscerating the nervous wreck Patel.

❤️ Tim. This finger trio lives on! After a respectful break, please more Maga housewives style fued explainers. Mocking them really is important.

I was thinking at the beginning that these guys needed another TP USA conference moment to cover, so I appreciated Tim going there. 🤣❤️

I posted a rant on my social media this morning, even before I heard this Eric Schmitt nonsense. I will summarize here: I abhor and condemn all political violence. Therefore, I am frustrated and infuriated by those out there who are claiming that political violence goes only in one direction - by Democrats against Republicans. These people are completely delusional. Melissa Hortman, Josh Shapiro, Paul Pelosi, Jan 6, etc.... JD Vance is now suggesting that people get fired, and that their coworkers and bosses report them, for saying anything less than worshipful of Charlie Kirk, when Kirk himself made a joke about the Pelosi attack and Trump turned it into a running gag. Stephen Miller has labeled the Democratic party (or really anyone who isn't MAGA) a "vast domestic terror movement" and has vowed to go after any left-leaning organizations, which he claims had something to do with Charlie Kirk's assassination. Donald Trump's party is now the party of policed speech, doxing, cancel culture. And yes, fascism. These people are evil, power-grabbing hypocrites and they need to be stopped. At the ballot box! If we ever again have free and fair elections.

I believe the insignia on Patel’s tie represents Slytherin, his Hogwarts house.

Special request to Tim -

Please let Sam get a word in edgewise. We all appreciate not only how angry you are at the moment (as are we all) and in particular your frustration born of now too many years experience dealing with MAGA Republicans. And your passion is appreciated, but please let Sam talk.

Don’t agree. Tim’s comments are always worth hearing

Who is this idiot complaining about "years of the left, their loudest voices, calling anyone on the right extremists, extremist MAGA Republicans, fascists, Nazis, an existential threat to democracy"?

What's your complaint?

After all, the Republican Party is fascist. Criminal Trump himself excused neo-Nazis. Trump and crew are diligently trying to establish a fascist dictatorship. Their crazies literally attacked the Capitol to try to stop democracy in its tracks. They refuse to even consider the effects of climate change, so they aren't just an existential threat to democracy, they are an existential threat to human life on earth.

Here's the thing, Schmitt. If you don't want to be called a fascist, then don't act like a fascist. If you don't want to be called Nazi, don't act like a Nazi. If you don't want us to claim you're an existential threat to democracy, don't try to kill it.

Who you are stands over you and thunders so loudly I need ear plugs.

New rule:

You cannot mention the FBI lawsuit or fired FBI agents and NOT mention what a timid little bitch Christopher Wray was. Him scurrying out the door "to save the FBI" cost the bureau thousands of years of experience, will discredit the institution for at least a generation and will make the job of rooting out wholly unqualified, conspiracy addled, anti democracy MAGA goons next to impossible for any future director.

Great job, Chris.

Not sure he could have saved it, but seems like it would have been worth trying?
