It's certainly possible that Bondi is telling them the truth -- unlikely, but miracles happen. It's also possible that there really is no "there" there. The third possibility is that the files really ARE full of names of serial sexual abusers, but that they're names that Bondi doesn't want to see the light of day, and they probably don't either.
The buyers of these tickets were scammed. Add to this the buyers of Trump coin, merch, and everyone who threw their vote away. The only good thing generated is schadenfreude for the rest of us.

I presume any truly serious information related to Democrats would have been released by now. Any information related to Republicans was destroyed immediately.

Happy month 2! As a conspiracy and cult enthusiast (…as in trying to understand the psychology from the outside…not from the inside!) I’ve been a long time fan of your reporting. So glad you joined The Bulwark and still enjoying every word!
Trump was in countless photos with Epstein and known to be a friend. I think it was New York Mag that wrote about Epstein’s NYC parties. It listed the famous people who went and how many guests had seen girls there who were clearly too young. But wealthy people (right or left) are notorious for being silent about the sins of those in their circles. It’s don’t ask, don’t tell because the other person has enough power to cause you grief and no one wants to be the moral police. No more party invites for that person. If anyone should understand what it means to swallow trash in order to stay in the circle, it’s these MAGA influencers.
