Charlie, Ask Paul Ryan specifically about these texts and why the Fox Board is fine with them. Also specifically him what the board will now do.

Charlie: peel skin from his back, lovingly.

Ryan will spit out some vacuous comment about how the Trump administration implemented policies that conservatives like, yada yada yada. And because Ryan's financial well being depends on Fox's well being, he doesn't care that Fox has poisoned millions of minds.

He should care that this Big Lie cost people their lives (insurrection). I'm not trying to be hyperbolic, there is blood on Murdoch's hands, and all the others that worried more about the stock market and the competition, rather than the gullible fools that are in prison or dead.

But we wouldn't be having this conversation if they were normal humans. They're the ones that should be in prison.

Yeah but this is more of a question about Fox knowingly lying to their viewers

These texts really show that they think / know their viewers are idiots and profit is more important than truth

Sorry, but assuming that "Ryan's financial well being depends on Fox's well being", whether he cares about the poisoning of millions of minds or not, he certainly should be concerned about Fox's financial well-being and the potential financial loss to Fox.

Yah but...aren't the financial losses due to very poor decisions by Fox? Resolving the symptoms of the court cases isn't going to help what's really wrong at Fox.

He won't/can't answer because of the litigation but it just goes to show that Fox is the center of the universe for the grift. They are like the Don of a Mob family. They bring on grifters, who then can pitch their BS and advertise their grifts, and Fox itself gets a cut of the action.

That'll be his escape but it still needs asked repeatedly.

I wonder if any of this will penetrate the right wing bubble

Paul Ryan should be made to sweat like an election worker doing their job under the threat of violence.

You can ask, but per the advice of Fox's lawyers, he's not going to say shit.

Oh, he'd say "Shit." Under his breath, maybe, but still...

True, but he should at least be made to say that. And say it after having the list read off to him.

Kinda like Flynn who took the 5th on the peaceful transfer of power question.
