I know they can still vote in person, but that is much harder for a badgered partner to pull off when the mail ballots automatically arrive. No excuse or cover to go to the polls. I’m sure the numbers come down on the side of all-mail being better despite that, but I guess I’m overly sensitive to the concern as someone who used to be in an imbalanced marriage.
