I am not surprised to see how tacky the Oval Office is becoming. Years ago, on Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, they interviewed Trump in his very tacky Trump Tower, I believe.

Sadly, their vision is no better than that of a number of Ivy League and other universities and some Big Law law firms. I believe the condition they suffer from is a generalized spinal agenesis, closely linked to another condition known as MSI... Myopic Self-Interest, an ailment itself closely linked to another modern-day malady known as FOMO.
A cure for these afflictions would surely rival a cure for cancer as to the beneficial impact it would have on our society writ large. But with all the cuts to scientific research these days I'm pretty sure we'll end up curing cancer before that ever happens.

Honestly of the WH press secretaries I've covered since I got here for Trump 1.0 she may be the best at the job, which is delivering the president's spin confidently and never getting rattled. Much better than Spicer and KJP, better than Sarah Huckabee Sanders. Flip a coin for her vs. Psaki.
