This is not the country I remember. In just over a month, the country I grew up in has been destroyed. Our elected leaders have literally sold their souls to the devil. Okay, not literally, but metaphorically. I can’t believe the Republican controlled Congress is standing by and allowing this to happen, some even cheering it. The very idea of talking about a partnership with Moscow and Putin is beyond repugnant. I wouldn’t be surprised to see statues of Trump and Putin appear on the Mall in D.C.Maybe they will be placed on the ground liberated by the memorials to veterans of WW II and Vietnam. This is an exercise in hyperbole. I admit. It’s been popularized by our President.EVERYTHING IS THE BEST OR THE WORST.
