Kinda like Rs. Who knew? Apply the Tom Nichols Democracy test: Is this candidate going to vote against Kevin McCarthy as speaker? Will this candidate caucus with pro-democracy voters in the House? No? Support the the D, even if it means giving money to ensure the craziest candidate is elected. Risky, with a huge payoff if it works.
