The funny thing is, Republicans didn't give a shit that Trump was trying to destroy democracy. But now that he's destroying their party, and costing them elections, they're finally getting sick of him.

And themselves over party, most importantly. All of them are like Trump and will gladly burn the GOP to the ground if itтАЩs good for them. ThatтАЩs the most important tenet of Trumpism.
No, I don't think all Republicans are like Trump. Not even close. But they are guilty as can be for letting Trump take over the party...for doing nothing to try to stop it from happening.

I think that every single time I see these GOP'ers state the "why" they no longer support him.
Yeah, it's all pretty disgusting. The only thing, in the end, that bothered them about Trump is losing elections.
Party over country. Clearly.

I agree completely. They aren't Trump but they're complicit. They had 2 impeachments to get it right and they intentionally voted party over country.
Didn't McConnell publicly or privately say he wanted the Ds to take care of the R problem?
I would argue that they will gladly burn democracy to the ground if it's good for them, and that it's the most important tenet of trumpism....
Thanks for pointing that out!
