It's encouraging to see that Ukraine is making some progress in its war with Russia, even without much help from the USA. Ukraine's resilience and unyielding will to fight is truly remarkable, given the length of time this war has gone on and the pressure it has been under (mostly from Trump) to capitulate.

But if it comes to pass that Ukraine continues to have success and Putin begins to feel really threatened with defeat, he may become even more desperate and dangerous. He has invested so much of his personal reputation into this war - not to mention the hundreds of thousands of Russian casualties and the entire economy - that he cannot accept a defeat.

Russia still has lots of CBN - chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons in its arsenal. Let's hope they never get used.
