In my experience, being drunk and getting dragged home by an aggressive, completely sober woman has seldom led to a cash settlement.

If he was that drunk, how exactly was the activity capable of completion?? It's not like his "little buddy" just fell into her...unlike when it's the other way around with a drunk woman.

What a thing for a vet to allow to happen to him. No wonder he does not want women in combat roles; he is a victim of that sort of attack.

There is always a cash settlement for those sort of scenarios. This one just wasnt left on the night stand.

Yes both, and Hegseth was attending because his wife was speaking at the conference, not him. He was just there to search out a piece of ass or two.
