So over 400,000 people had their tax information leaked, but only Demento Donny felt he had a lawsuit worth $10 BILLION & the best part, exemption from ANY IRS intervention or investigations for himself, he sons, & his corrupt organization. Ken griffin, a billionaire hedge funder, got sn apology from the IRS for his suit

Let's face it - we have a legal profession full of unethical lawyers. They have all taken an oath to promote the constitution yet they are ready to work for the criminal Trump and to promote all of his corrupt agendas - and tp protect people like Noem, Bondi, Hegseth, Homan, Hawley and the list goes on. Worst is the Insurrectionists and pedophiles led by the Judicial committees (which are responsible to jump on these unlawful actions) led by pedophile respecter Cruz . I am also very disappointed in local police and court personnel - this isn't Dems vs GOP - it's right vs wrong. Many RINO's and MAGA also disapprove of corruption. All we need is 4 GOP in the House to rid the insurrectionists from committee leadership - start with Jordan, Biggs, Roy and Mikey. DYK - Louisiana is over 30% black and Mikey doesn't want them represented?

Thanks for this list of content.

As an aside, thank you very much for making it possible to buy Bulwark swag without downloading a new app. I wish you had long-sleeve t-shirts.

I'll make sure this gets passed along to the store team. Some changes are coming but I expect we will get long sleeve t-shirts back. You do NOT need to download an app, though I understand that Shopify on mobile likes to push its new wallet. If you try on a desktop you should be able to order.

I was doing my usual morning read of Dr. Richardson's Letters from an American, pretty standard fare for the times in which we live. Then near the end I read this: "Today the United States Postal Service has proposed that it will send mail-in ballots only to voters who are registered with the federal government." That sent a chill down my spine that is still there. This should send alarm bells like klaxons through the halls of congress and every state capitol in the country. By exactly what authority would this be done?

That’s probably why they said it on a Friday.

This has been haunting me since I read her newsletter. Thank you for highlighting it. Hoping The Bulwark and others will do some deep dives here.

I wonder why the word "reluctantly" is used in this phrase: "... Florida federal court that last week reluctantly agreed to dismiss the lawsuit filed by Donald Trump, his sons, and the Trump Organization against the government headed by Trump." Thanks to judges who are able to creatively use the law against a regime that continues to find ways to creatively break it!

Because Judge Williams knew it was a fraudulent case

My sense is that the judge reluctantly agreed to dismissing the civil suit while waiting to hear the plaintiffs' responses to her many questions surrounding the fact that there was no daylight between the plaintiff and the defendant in the case. She questioned who was representing the interests of taxpayers. The Grifter in Chief realized that their case was in trouble and withdrew it without disclosing that there was a settlement agreement. This is what the 35 petitioning federal judges refer to as defrauding the court.

We have a 10-game package of season tickets for the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers. Went to an extra game on Wednesday where our Ballers fell to the Augusta Green Jackets 6-5, and our dog was in attendance too. Bark in the Park, they call it. Our mascot looks like a dude dressed to be shot out of a cannon, but with a baseball head and the face of Dale Earnhardt Sr (#3).

The best part is that all of us fans are (obviously) a politically mixed crowd. Yet in five years, I’ve never once seen or heard politics discussed at the ballpark. Any conversations I’ve had with other fans are about baseball or our children getting free baseballs and autographs from these single-A level ball players. Going to these games is better than therapy.

There should be an ad for democrats that anounces they have stopped REAL waste fraud and abuse above a list of projects stopped like the Kennedy Center or public funds for the ballroom

The substacks I read and people's comments, like yours, have speech talking points already written for Ds in upcoming elections. I hope they use them over and over and over, as the Rs spout their lies over and over and over!
