It is perfectly safe to give it all at once, but if you don't give immunizations at the same time, it is recommended that the next immunization not be given for at least a month, in order to get a maximal immune response. Trump's alternative to MMR (not available in this country currently, or probably for years), would be 3 shots, each a month apart, forcing parents to transport their child back to the doctor's office 3 times as often, at greater cost to the parents, with a much greater likelihood that 1 or more doses will be missed. If all of Trump's recommendations are followed, hundreds of children will die or suffer serious medical harm unnecessarily every year, at greater cost to parents. Trump is a perfect, terrifying example of the Dunning-Kruger effect. Our ship of state is being piloted by a psychopathic ignoramus!
What is frightening as was pointed out is the possible effect on supplies. Even if responsible parents want vaccines government policies may prohibit access. When I taught public health many years ago never discussed such a scenario.
Think about children who have had chemotherapy and a stem cell transplant and are hoping to return to school after 6 months of staying at home to build a whole new immune system. Then they find some
of their class mates upon whom the depend to provide the herd immunity have missed or not bothered to get the flu, or covid or hep b and other common vaccine . What do they do? Stay at home another 6 months losing further normal school leaning ?
Neither DJTrump nor Robert F. Kennedy Jr. holds a scientific or medical degree, not has had any formal medical training. This is toxic narcissism on their part, and ignorance on ours, to believe that either of them has any credibility to pronounce these sorts of Executive Orders nor caveats that overturn decades of medical advice and practice that has proven successful in keeping the American public safe from terrible diseases.
It is an appropriate time for the real professionals and their organizations—i.e., the American Academy of Pediatrics, the Academy of Family Medicine, the epidemiologists and immunologists — need to make a clear statement of scientific facts that can advise the public. Trump, Kennedy and Bhattacheria have NO experience and LESS interest in the welfare of human beings.

I was "debating" an antivaxxer this morning about the rotavirus vaccine. They cited a rare side effect as a trump card, never mind that even elementary math showed they were saying one step back was more important than about thirty forward. I also showed data that the vaccine passed cost-benefit by at least 2:1 ratio, and that we vaccinated folks reduce the rate the unvaccinated get sick by 40% by reducing community spread.
I cannot imagine being so ungrateful about someone else providing me with an undeserved gift.
