I think he's smarter than Putin, just not as maniacal. He is smarter than many of the people in Congress and he is way smarter, тАЛbetter educated, more experienced and more emotionally balanced than Trump.
It's a tough situation that I'm glad we have serious people dealing with it.
This is my take as well. Or, I should say my desperate hope that he is that smart.
