I’m an old man. I’m not real encouraged at the prospect of Trumpism and MAGA eventually “fading away.” In my last years I’d at least like to see significant progress in developing a coherent alternative to it and to Democratic complicity in neoliberalism’s savaging of the social order.
For my two cents, I suggest David Brooks’ suggestion that “maybe Bernie was right” in yesterday’s NYT (11/13).
