I sat by a woman from Minneapolis at the Defiance event last week in D.C. She also attended the Bulwark event in Minnesota. She confirmed for me what I already knew, how decent and how strong Minnesotans are. That does not mean their communities under siege do not need help, and I am happy to pitch in. ICE is NOT gone from MN - yet. They’ve just dispersed into areas where help is not so concentrated. Our friends in rural MN still need our support!
Minnesotan here. Second Harvest Heartland is a long-standing food relief organization with an excellent reputation for service to people in need. They partner with local groceries and food producers, as well. Well worth your donation. (I donate regularly.)
