My mood improved a lot after I got off. Aside from blocking the trolls, the people like Rom Filipkowski were really getting on my nerves and I hated the sports horseshit. "This game .." What game? Fuck you.

I don't follow anyone who uses profanity and name-calling. (I used to be able to tell the pre-Musk Twitter I'm not interested in those tweets.) I follow journalists, legal experts and authors only. Most of them have left Twitter, so I don't spend much time there anymore.
Agree it, along with the current iteration of Facebook, is harming the society at large.

It's easier to use Facebook in a limited way like communicating with distant friends.
