Mr Sykes,
Can you, or any other Bulwark reader, answer a question or point me to where I can find the answer? Allegedly, Jack Smith is investigating potential mail fraud by the Apricot Arthropod for his grifting on the Big Lie. If this is so, and if charges are brought against TFG, and if he is convicted (lots of ifs, I know, but there you are) can the GA RICO fine include a portion of the amount deemed illegally gained in the federal court? Thanks.
