While you can buy all that stuff online and do it yourself... you can also get any number of companies in Shenzhen, CH-EYE-na that do OEM/ODM work for you. I mentioned some in one of four posts for Quill & Pad recently. I was at the Hong Kong Clock and Watch Fair, and it is amazing what you find there. By the way, last year at the HKCWF, I asked for a few quotes, and they were in the low double digits for a minimum purchase of 300 or so watches. It's the kind of piece that you might make as a company gift, essentially with zero resale value.
A word about the tourbillon: What is, of course, missing is any detail on the watch's specs. Note, Ch-EYE-nese companies, like Seagull, produce cheap ones. I was shown a few in HK as well. Nowadays, you can buy tourbillons there for very little.
If you're buying an expensive watch, you'll want the finishing (habillage) to be top notch inside and out. Does this watch have an exhibition case back? Is it watcher-resistant to any significant depth?
As for the esthetics... forget it. It has no pizzazz at all. Really.
Anyway: There are so many suckers falling for that man's scamming.... they might get suckered again...
